Packing up for a day of teaching and nurturing! My newborn care class bag is stuffed with baby dolls, diapers, bottles, swaddles, you name it!! lol All set to help a momma feel confident and ready for what postpartum life brings. And of course my trusty birth ball is never too far away, ready for our stretch and comfort measures class with a massage at the end. Learning, stretching, moving, and relaxing.. because preparing for motherhood should feel good from head to toe! 💚
