Hi, I am Hoep and I am a Trauma Informed Yoga Coach whose been through all of these things and more but I've learned how to release that stored toxic energy that I've tried for years to just forget but couldn't.

Let me show you how I did it.

This class is free to the public but donations are welcome. Must be 21 or older to attend.

This is a safe space to heal as a community and promote growth as a whole.
