Been in the Elijah study several weeks now (maybe months), but like my blanket I go at a Sloth 🦥 pace cause I want to absorb the material.
This book helped me relate to Elijah’s journey God set him on.
Our time in Choctaw county was my Cherith season “a season that I perceived as undesirably obscure & ISOLATING.”
Now I can see how I’m in the Zarephath season. Zarephath involves “baring of soul that can’t be masked or covered, leaving no space for being less than honest about what’s harbored to in your heart.” Grief has a way of doing that.
Yep all that from this study! Faith & Fire 🔥
I’m thankful for the studies God places in our lives, just at the key moment! I wouldn’t have related to this study at all 10 years ago, even 5 years ago.
But God knows what you need, excactly at the divine moment. 🥰🙌🏼

Last week I picked up some samples of Four Sigmatic and Om mushroom 🍄 coffees and I can tell a big difference after drinking them.
I had more energy last night at the gym- I did squats with a weighted ball on the Bosu! Yep 💪🏼
Yesterday I drank the Four Sigmatic Perform packet with Cordyceps. I also love the Om Coffee Latte blend with Cordyceps. 🍄

So I was using creme make up awhile and it was a love/hate relationship. I did learn a lot of tricks about application to make you look younger, such as put eye shadow above your crease to lift your eyes.
But again I asked my aesthetician friend which make up she preferred since I was really seeing improvements in my skin & didn’t want to sabotage my skin’s progress. She suggested Jane iredale. And Tess Zolly did too, so I got this little kit on sale for around $30 to try it out and it is Amazing!
If you are looking for good make up that is aesthetician approved try Jane Iredale.
I love it and plan on sticking with this brand!

Got inspiration from the zucchini bites and seasoning made the other day.

Yesterday while watching YouTube videos about skincare by I learned if your skin is prone to congestion and acne do not use sponges 🧽 because they breed bacteria and even if you wash them with soap, they still are not up to code for being hygienic.
Also keep your make up brushes in a box! I always thought air dry is best, but being out in the open in your bathroom for example could lead to bacteria getting on your brushes. Or dust could collect on your make up brushes. So It was suggested using a pencil box (which is easy to keep shut and clean). Also found a fancy one on Amazon if you want a little fancier. 🎨

So I made the spice on the right- Red pepper, sea salt, garlic 🧄 powder and pepper.
Was really yummy over eggs.
I’m slowly weaning off grains and most fruits, which is phase 1 of the Sanford Profile diet.
I’ve read that tropical 🌴 fruits 🥭 (My favorite) have too much sugar. I love 🍌 and 🥭 😭😭😭
I will still have pita chips and berries for now.
Right now I’m on a Taziki and cold brew coffee ☕️ kick!
I’m also taking my old Herbalife supplements from last year- the tea, the shakes and a fiber supplement by LoveWellness they sent me for free.
Currently I weigh 138.6, so here’s to losing a few pounds!

I have been learning and growing in aesthetics thanks to my wonderful friend Amber Porter.
Since using the products she has shared with me, my skin is improving so much!
This is the main reason I transitioned out of Lemongrass Spa, as the products she sent me quickly cleared up my acne and I’m seeing great improvements with my congested skin.
I will be sharing the products she has shared with me, as well as making this page about health, nutrition and other women-related topics.
I had a ReNewU page a few years ago and it was about recipes, health and my spiritual journey while living in Choctaw county.
I am not selling anything, but wanting to share and educate others on the importance of skincare and health.
If I could I think I would go back for Aesthetician school cause I’m in love 💕 with the changes these products have made for my skin!
I love this sunscreen! If your skin is oily, it gives a matte finish. TIZO also contains sunscreen to protect your skin and it comes in a tinted form which I love. This sunscreen is so smooth and makes my skin feel so lovely.
