Hey everyone! We know it’s been a little quiet here, and we just want to thank you for your patience. Right now, we’re working closely with local schools to grow The Blake-Lee Foundation and focus on bringing mental health support to kids in our community.

Good things take time, and with all the new laws and changes around schools and mental health, we want to make sure we get it right. That means we’ll be a little inactive on social media for now, but please know we’re still working hard behind the scenes.

You can look forward to updates and announcements around July–August 2026. Until then, know that we haven’t gone anywhere, we’re just busy building something that really matters. Mental health is too important to rush! 👑💜

🌟 Exciting News from the Blake-Lee Foundation! 🌟

We’re thrilled to kick off the new year with an exciting announcement! Starting this January, we’ll be hosting Mental Health Wellness Workshops and Seminars at the Robert L. Hope Community Center!

First and foremost, we hope everyone had a safe and refreshing start to the new year. As we move into 2025, we’re more committed than ever to pushing forward our mission of supporting mental health and growing the foundation's impact in our community.

This past year, we were honored to host our very first Mental Health Wellness Fair at Mobile County Training School. Seeing the enthusiasm and need for mental health resources among the students inspired us to take the next step. We believe it’s essential to provide consistent support, which is why we’ve chosen to bring these workshops to the community center just down the street from the school.

Our goal is to continue building meaningful relationships with these children and to be part of their ongoing mental health journeys. Together, we can empower them with the tools they need to grow and thrive!

Let’s make 2025 a year of connection, growth, and wellness!

We’re thrilled to share that The Blake-Lee Foundation had the incredible privilege of being featured on WALA FOX 10's news segment, Studio 10! We had the opportunity to talk about our mission, why we started, and the amazing success of our recent Mental Health Wellness Fair at Mobile County Training School! 👑

It was an honor to shine a light on mental health, work to reduce the stigma surrounding it, and emphasize the importance of supporting children in our community. A huge thanks to the Studio 10 team for giving us this platform to share our story and vision. Let’s continue spreading awareness and making a difference together!

Today, we honor the life of Donte, who left us two years ago today. Not a day goes by that we don’t miss his light, his laughter, and his beautiful spirit. His absence is deeply felt, but his memory continues to inspire everything we do.

The Blake-Lee Foundation would not exist without Donte. It is because of him that we are able to reach children in need, providing them with the tools and support to navigate their mental health challenges. His legacy lives on through the lives we touch, and we are committed to honoring him through our hard work and dedication to the children in our community.

We love you, Donte, and we miss you every day. Thank you for being our guiding light. 💜
