Most people think exercise has to happen in long gym sessions—but that’s not true! “Exercise snacks” are short bursts of movement—like squats, stairs, or push-ups—done throughout the day. And research shows they can improve your metabolism, cardiovascular health, and energy levels.
If you sit a lot during the day, this may be one of the simplest ways to protect your long-term health.
Start small:
• 30 seconds to two minutes of movement
• A few times per day
• Build consistency over time

Dementia prevention part 3!
Memory loss isn’t always permanent.
While many people assume cognitive decline is a normal part of aging, there are actually several medical conditions that can cause dementia-like symptoms and may improve when treated.
In this short video, I discuss five reversible causes of memory loss that physicians often look for when evaluating cognitive decline:

• Thyroid disorders
• Certain medications
• Infections
