Both probiotic supplements/powder and probiotic foods can support gut health. Use probiotic capsules/ powder if need a therapeutic dose for a specific condition or want protection and consistency. Capsules are controlled dose and strain. You know exactly what bacteria you’re getting and how much. In food it varies. Most bacteria die before reaching your gut because of acid when eating probiotic foods. Do you have a tight psoas muscle? What does the psoas do? -Flexes the hip -Adducts the hip -Rotates the hip -Stand -Walk -Run -Dance and maintain an up right posture. Attaches to the vertebrae on your lumbar spine. 💥••••Symptoms of a tight psoas muscle•••• 👉🏼Tension and pain in the lower back, hips, buttocks , pelvis or groin. Can push diaphragm and rib cage forward leading over use neck muscles. Why does it get tight? Due to over use from sitting, stress, walking or physical activity.

Great information. There is no cure for arthritis, but massage and bodywork is considered to be one of the most successful natural method to manage this condition. Depending on client and their pain, I may use a percussive therapy device to help relieve some tension in the beginning if needed. # 9 Examine your posture is a must and trigger points may be needed to balance your body.
