5 DAY FAST!
I am excited and buzzing for completing a 5 day fast. Longest I have ever gone. I wanted to complete a 5 day fast since i never have and finally did it. My mother-in-law was motivated to do a 3 day and im proud of her for completing hers as well.
Day 1 Hardest day because of the shock to my system and insulin levels.
Day 2 No real not other than making sure to stay hydrated. Was tired later in the day.
Day 3 Same as day two but i had knee pain for some reason but no hunger.
Day 4 Absolutely feeling good and no hunger.
Day 5 Electric today. Processing things so fast like im full of energy mentally. Not hungry at all!

My reiki business website has come a long way. Tooting my horn lol. Still work to do but this is a much better vibe than before.
