Soaps have been sliced and diced! I sprinted ahead and gave swirling a shot on my first “successful” batch 🤪. I still need to work on my swirl game, but considering it's my first rodeo, I think they turned out pretty decent. What do you all think?

I'm over the moon!! I finally made my first successful cold process soap!! My first batch was a total disaster, but I salvaged it by whipping it into a hot process soap - talk about a save! This one, however, is a real winner!! Stay tuned for the big reveal when I cut it and show you the goodies inside!!

Herbal Diaper Rash Salve
Created with my homemade calendula infused olive oil to alleviate diaper rashes due to its antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. This salve also incorporates comfrey root to accelerate wound healing, reduce inflammation, and moisturize. Chickeeed is added to soothe and cool, reduce irritation, and hydrate. Marshmallow root helps to soothe irritated skin, reduce redness, and hydrate. Additionally, Barberry root is included for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, as well as antioxidants.
