What are hormones ??
Hormones are the top dogs, the —> they tell your cells what to do!
Let’s talk fertility… Here are 3 simple ways to increase fertility by regulating your hormones:
#1: Eat the rainbow! Especially, more plants! You need these antioxidant rich foods to help fight off toxins and supply cells with the building blocks required to make things, like .. egg follicles and s***m.
#2: LOWER STRESS HORMONE. Does that sound impossible? If yes, then you probably need it most.. keep it super simple; breathe deeper whenever you can, while doing mundane tasks: washing dishes, making food, eating, brushing teeth. The deeper the breath, the lower stress hormone.

#3: Sleep like a baby or a puppy :) Adequate sleep is required to optimize hormone function (and ALLLL bodily functions) If you really struggle with sleep, please seek help from a naturopathic or functional medicine provider (like myself ;))
