So! What the heck is going on in this world? I have no idea but I do know we are not in control. Knowing that it helps me to not worry. I can plan but knowing I also might have to change that plan is somehow freeing. We are not in control so give it up. For me it’s my faith in God. For others it may be the Universe. I know that no matter what I will be ok. It doesn’t mean nothing “bad” can happen but if I stay grounded, faithful and present I can stay clear and make good decisions.
Take care of yourself and those near and dear.
Reiki friends, self Reiki! It is so important now!!!
If anyone one needs help, don’t hesitate to reach out!

It seems to me they read our energy signatures. That’s how they understand our emotions. Horses almost more than any animal that we have domesticated, live in the energy realm. It’s also why they love and respond to energy healing modalities like Reiki. I believe it’s because they are instinctually still prey animals.
