If the arms are loose and flared out, you risk jamming the shoulder.
So the focus is simple and intentional: roll in, tighten the arms, protect the body.

From there
1, 2, 3… ten reps.
Switch sides.
Two sets each.
Then rotate roles and keep it moving.

In January 2024, I opened the doors of Monroe Township Boot Camp with a small group of students, limited equipment, and a very clear vision. 💪🏾

I didn’t know exactly how big this journey would become, but I knew one thing. I wanted to build something real for Monroe Township.

Two years later, that vision is stronger than ever. 🔥✊🏾

This boot camp is not just a place to work out. It’s a place where families are formed. Where people show up not only for fitness, but for connection, encouragement, and growth. We sweat together, laugh together, push through challenges, and support each other in our health, fitness, and nutrition goals. 💯

Because of this community, I’ve had the opportunity to represent our gym and our work at local events and even on international platforms. That is something I never take lightly.

Today, Monroe Township Boot Camp is a family. Not only our regular members who show up every week, but also our followers and supporters who engage with our content, send messages, ask questions, and share feedback from all over.

I am truly grateful to every single person who has been part of this journey from day one and those who joined along the way.

VIP Body Transformation is dedicated to helping people, between 35 to 55 years old, who want to reclaim their youthfulness and take their health to the next level

We started training clients in their homes, progressed to operating multiple gyms, and are now implementing online coaching.

We provide high-level motivation, accountability, and support, combined with exercise and nutritional counseling. VIP Body Transformation provides an avenue to a successful life-style transformation. Specializing in weight-reduction, toning, exercising, improving energy, and creating a positive attitude toward life, we complement this array of fitness services with meal plans for well-balanced and healthy eating.
