Did you know that frequently emptying your bladder during labor can help make space for baby come down? Also, laboring on the toilet (😆) is an awesome way to help relax those pelvic floor muscles! Hence the nickname “dilation station”😉

Planning for birth is extremely important, but often times preparing for the postpartum period is neglected and equally as important!

One thing I know us women struggle with is asking for help, but having some things in place before your little one arrives will drastically enhance your postpartum experience. 🤍
