🚨 Providers, take note! 🚨
Even if staff or a billing company submits your claims, you are responsible for their accuracy. Wrong dates, codes, or details can still count as insurance fraud, even when it’s a mistake.

This is why it’s so important that you can see every claim being billed under your name. Protect yourself, your license, and your practice.

I just wanted to share a little about HWC Billing & Office. I'm not a big, so-called billing company as it's just me for now! My name is Margie, and I currently work as the office manager for a behavioral health group, with over six years of experience in the field. I started HWC to support other providers with their billing and office needs.
