Noble Promise Foundation Our purpose is 2 empower at risk youth & underperforming young adults to make positive life choices that will enable them to maximize their full potential.

Co-Founders Dr. Bakari K. Beckwith and Bridget Thomas, along with their team continues to carry out the NPCCC vision and expand the scope of program services. NPCCC currently operates a youth mentoring program, fathering program, literacy program, community outreach initiatives, counseling services, and career and higher education exploration resource services. NPCCC envisions serving countless individuals with current plans of expansion of our scope of services to include a 24 hour crisis hotline and day camps. We are currently serving Ouachita, Franklin and Lincoln Parish, with goals to expand throughout our beautiful state of Louisiana and neigboring states in the near future.
