Nisar Health & Human Services Nisar is a health and human services agency based in Monroeville, PA, just east of Pittsburgh.

We provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children and young adults, as well as outpatient mental health therapy for all ages. A service provider for over 30 years, we are a team of licensed social workers, counselors, and human services professionals dedicated to improving lives in our community through a continuum of behavioral and mental health care.
