Fitness with Ferg Fitness for all levels! I have led an active lifestyle for as long as I can remember. It is NEVER too late to start your journey!

I started dancing at the age of 2 and finished my training at Point Park University. Since then I have taught various types of dance at different schools and studios in the Pittsburgh area. Dance and health and fitness have been my passion for years, but after bilateral hip surgery in 2005 I had a minor setback. After 2 surgeries and a year of physical therapy, I came back stronger than ever and w

ith a reignited fire! Teaching Zumba and Barre Fitness has aided in my own personal recovery and has given me the opportunity to help others reach their health and fitness goals. My hope is that all of my students leave class feeling strong, healthy and accomplished. There is no better time than the present!! Come join me and find a new you!!!
