Dr. Robert E. Cole graduated magna cm laude from The National College Of Chiropractic in 1995. Since then he has practiced in the Monroeville area, treating patients with a variety of conditions. Dr. Cole is also an expert in clinical nutrition and combining chiropractic with clinical nutrition has resulted in success with a greater variety of conditions than what is seen by

the average chiropractor. Dr. Cole receives referrals from other doctors and healthcare professionals who have patients whom they think can benefit from his unique approach. Dr. Cole grew up in Western Pennsylvania and graduated from Norwin Highschool in 1985. He has remained in the area since graduation from chiropractic school . He lives in the Monroeville area with his lovely wife Jennifer. Their interests include fitness and outdoor activities, reading and cooking awesome healthy meals.

It may be instinct to bend over to pickup a heavy item, but it's important to remember to lift safely!

Bending to lift a heavy item can strain your back or cause falls. To lift safely, stand close to the box with your feet shoulder-width apart and one foot slightly in front for stability. Bend your knees, keeping your back straight to engage your leg muscles. Grip the box firmly and lift with your legs, not your back, keeping the box close to your body. Avoid twisting; pivot your feet instead to maintain balance and reduce strain.
