Join us for an intimate, four-day retreat exploring the essence of Rosen Method somatic bodywork. This is for you whether you’re an intern on the certification track or a newcomer curious about the Rosen Method and how we unlock long held belief systems and stuck places of contraction.
This retreat explores how we delve deeply while following the principles of
‘listening, acknowledging, and waiting to see what emerges’. What are the embodied ways that we intervene and influence with active attunement? We will unpack the seemingly apparent contradictions of ‘being present with’ and ‘doing.
This retreat is set in the serene, rural backdrop of Julia’s private home and guest house.
