Creativehearth offers a variety of life enhancing programs for children, families, and adults. Among these programs are: Stretch and Sketch, a program combining art expression and yoga for children. These expressive modalities allow individuals to have fun while learning new skills, develop mind and body, and relax. Suzanne Seligson, MPS, ATR-BC specializes in working with kids struggling with grief/ loss, sensory processing, depression, anxiety/fears, abuse, ADD/ADHD. Adolescents confronting independence and social pressures, abuse, school challenges...And adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and new transitions, woman issues, and pre and post natal moms. As well, Creativehearth runs a variety of creative expression groups and workshops combining Art Therapy and Mindfulness.

This Girls Yoga & Art program is intended to integrate expressive modalities to provide young girls with tools to help calm, focus, and release negative energies. Led by an Art Therapist also certified in teaching kids yoga whose goal is to bring awareness and empowerment to young girls and kids.
