TINY Hands BIG Love Tiny Hands Big love is an organization that is set up to support parents who have children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St.

Christopher’s Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. Tiny Hands Big Love provides these parents with supplies needed to take care of their newborn, as well as social workers to help them cope.
