In a field that can often feel isolating, one of the most meaningful parts of our collective is the community it creates. 💛

Our potluck was a reminder of the power of that connection—coming together not just as practitioners who understand the unique challenges and joys of the work, but as people.

The Collective exists to support the healers as much as the healing—to offer space for collaboration, encouragement, and belonging. We are so grateful for our wonderful members.

Popularized by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith, the 7 Types of Rest reminds us that rest is multidimensional:

Each type restores a different part of us—and when we neglect one, we feel drained and out of balance.

Whether it’s work demands, family responsibilities, or just keeping up with the pace of life, many of us are running on empty in at least one area of our lives and edging towards burnout.

The tricky part? Burnout doesn’t always look like total collapse—it can creep in as irritability, exhaustion, disconnection, or even just feeling like you’re going through the motions.

The good news: burnout is a signal from our bodies we can listen to. With rest, boundaries, nervous system care, and support, recovery and establishing new, healthier habits is possible.

Take this moment to check in with yourself and identify one or two of these simple ways to begin realigning with yourself.
