✨when you feel anxious… write it down.
✨when you have questions about yourself, your journey, subconcious thoughts coming to the forefront…. Write it down
✨when you are feeling sad and full of grief… write it down
✨when you’re lost and in need of clarity… write it down.

Writing is a form of meditation.
Once you begin writing, you’ll notice so much more flowing out.
You have all of the answers inside of you.
Slow down, write out all of your thoughts & feelings.
Learn how to discern between your thoughts and your guides trying to talk to you.

Don’t leave everything bottled up. Use pen and paper. Let your hand write. You may be surprised if what you get out of it 🫶🏻

Only Good Vibes here✌🏻

Had two amazing sessions in person today and they were so equally validating for my beautiful clients in their own special and beautiful ways! 🤩

Sometimes it hits me out of nowhere… like “wow. I am actually sharing God given gifts that I have, hold and honor with others and it’s helping them heal?! AND I get to build my business around that?! What the f**k? How did this even happen?!”
And that is said with a most grateful heart 💜

I have poureddddd faith, love and trust into myself and the decisions I’ve made. Also blood, sweat, tears, 💩, grieving, mistakes, and many other hard feels and thangs.

The connections I’ve made, the “small world” moments, the victories after hurdles, the stepping out of my comfort zones, the chances that others took on me, the self healing and let’s also clap loud for the investments in self, have all been a part of the ride 🎢 and without them I wouldn’t be feeling the success that I am feeling now in this moment.

Forever grateful for everyone I’ve met along the way, the friendships I’ve been gifted, the awakening and ascensions, the manifestations rolling in, the signs, the validations, the support beams around me, the opportunities that continue to open up, and the love I have put into others is coming back at me 10 fold. Karma works both ways!

I am forever growing, forever protected, forever evolving and forever in gratitude 🙏🏻

I hope you get to take chances in yourself out of love in this lifetime and all of them ahead💕

I’ve been going through a tremendous purging process spiritually and needed to take quite a few steps back.
