Have you experienced weight regain after surgery? I'll be honest- I have and it sucks on so many levels. I was embarassed but mostly scared because I had finally became comfortable with sharing that I had the surgery done. I was posting the- never gonna go back posts lol and I here I was with regain. Are there things that still haunt you or keep you up at night? 👻 Old cravings? For me it's personally negative and bully self-talk and I STILL compare myself to others. I have gotten off track with some habits and keep telling myself I'll start again on Monday.
