Please help us give a warm Monticello welcome to three new team members who have recently joined us at Ecumen!
Peyton has transferred from Ecumen Lakeshore in Duluth and is now working full-time days as a Resident Assistant. A fun fact about Peyton: she has a bulldog who hates water but loves the pontoon. Peyton is passionate about making people’s daily lives better—whether through a smile or something more.
Lauryn joins us as a casual RA. She comes from a big family—one of five siblings, with a mom who is one of ten! When they get together, volleyball tournaments are a must. Lauryn is currently in nursing school and has a love for helping others and for music. She says she chose Ecumen because she wants to make a difference and values the culture we have here.
Rene is our newest full-time day shift RA. She is the proud mother of three adult children, including her daughter Shelby, who also works here as an RA. Rene is deeply grounded in her faith, which she says helps her through life’s highs and lows. She joined Ecumen on her daughter’s recommendation and brings valuable experience working with seniors.
We’re so excited to have Peyton, Lauryn, and Rene as part of our team. Welcome to Ecumen SBC-Monticello!
