We’re thrilled to welcome Roseanne to the team! Roseanne’s coaching practice aims to strengthen regulation, flexible thinking, focus, impulsivity, and working memory through the development of self-awareness, non- judgement, and mindfulness. She offers Life and Academic Coaching, with a focus on executive function for adults and adolescents. Her coaching sessions combine diaphragmatic breathing, coaching dialogue, and if desired, movement. She draws from yoga philosophy and scientifically-based practices.
She’ll be teaching every other Tuesday and Wednesday.
