R E M I N D E R : Gentle Yoga Begins Friday, January 9th at 5:30 pm!
Join a gentle, restorative yoga class on Fridays from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the Wellness Arts Center's warm and inviting Carriage House. This is a great way to kick off 2026, and SPACES are AVAILABLE! Yoga instructor Jessica Johnson will lead you in gentle, mostly lying down floor positions to soothe and stretch your body. Everything is included. $15 per class OR 4 classes for $50.
