I had a beautiful experience yesterday. I worked in a different branch and they have a beautiful peace lily. This plants energy was so amazing. As soon as I touched it I felt my vibration raise. This is something I have been struggling with. That plant taught me how to raise my vibration by showing me what it felt like. You never know who or what you come into contact with that can teach you something. I am grateful for that peace lily and what it taught me.

I have seen this first hand. When I was first tapping into my gifts I did a reading for my mom's friend. His Dad came through and gave him a healing message related to Dad's passing. I could see so much tension and regret just leave his body. We shouldn't hold on to the things we have no control over. That is not what Spirit wants for us.
