We operate an established NJ based medical billing company looking for well-versed individuals who can multi-task and cover the aspects of the Customer Service & Sales Representative position.

The Customer Service & Sales Representative shall embody the Companyโs core values in all aspects of the customer service processes.
Our objective is, as individuals and as a team, to reach and exceed our clientsโ goals. He/She shall be responsible for achieving assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives representing one or more of the companyโs product offerings in a named account and geographic territory.

For Support
ยท Professionally representing our firms when providing support to our clients
ยท Receiving, documenting, and transferring to the appropriate department all support queries which cannot be solved at first contact.
ยท Follow up on internal departments and external entities to solve promptly and with quality customer support queries
ยท Obtain positive reviews and feedbacks at the closure of all support interactions
ยท Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure support KPIs are achieved on a planned and consistent basis
ยท Training and mentoring new hires as the department grows
For Sales
ยท Generating new customer base while retaining current customers
ยท Presenting promotions while demonstrating outstanding product knowledge
ยท Assisting customers in the purchase of products and services
ยท Building relationships and establishing rapport with potential customers
ยท Sourcing and identifying opportunities to sell solutions into net new and/or existing customers in the assigned geographic territory
ยท Making initial contact with prospective clients and managing customer relationships until ex*****on of contract
ยท Identifying cross-selling opportunities within accounts
ยท Regularly scheduling virtual client meetings or face to face if necessary to follow up on new business opportunities and re-presenting to existing clients the industry changes regarding products or services
ยท Continually growing revenue base in the assigned geographic territory
ยท Conducting sales presentations as necessary
ยท Collaborating with other sales channels and account management
ยท Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure business growth goals are achieved on a planned and consistent basis
ยท Training and mentoring new hires as the department grows

ยท High School Diploma or GED required
ยท Preferred Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent experience
ยท Preferred customer support/sales of healthcare RCM services or technology sales experience
ยท Preferred medical billing & collection knowledge and experience
ยท Preferred to be able to demonstrate sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance
ยท Preferred Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, and upselling existing clients
ยท Preferred Experience selling into the healthcare market

ยท Requirement for Customer Support: Fluent in oral and written Spanish in addition to English

โข The pay rate and compensation structure will be finalized in the offer letter for the chosen candidates. The pay rate advertised may be used as a reference.
โข Starting at $2,300.00 per month base compensation
โข Supplemental Pay: Bonus production pay, Sales Commission pay
