Dr. Jules shows 3 simple stretches you can do right at your desk to ease tension and keep your body moving throughout the day 👇

1️⃣ Neck stretch — loosen that upper trap (3 sets of 3 seconds)
2️⃣ Head tilt — gently guide your head toward your armpit for that side release
3️⃣ Chest stretch — open your chest up in a doorway to combat that “desk hunch”
Small moves, big relief 🙌

✨ Recovery Days at The Spine & Health Center! ✨

We hosted the Emerson High School Soccer Team for a special Recovery Day at our office as they prepared for their big playoff matchup. ⚽️🔥
The team came in for a full session of recovery-focused care — from stretching and mobility work to cupping, massage, and chiropractic support — helping them feel loose, refreshed, and ready for gameday.
And to show our continued support, Dr. Paulie from our Closter location attended the playoff game to cheer them on and celebrate all their hard work this season.
We’re proud to support our local athletes and help keep them strong, healthy, and performing at their best. 🙌💙
