Dr. Jules shows 3 simple stretches you can do right at your desk to ease tension and keep your body moving throughout the day 👇
1️⃣ Neck stretch — loosen that upper trap (3 sets of 3 seconds)
2️⃣ Head tilt — gently guide your head toward your armpit for that side release
3️⃣ Chest stretch — open your chest up in a doorway to combat that “desk hunch”
