I know these aren’t the best pics, but this right here is the reason I only feed Bluebonnet. This filly is not even two days old (39 hours to be exact). Not a rib one showing on this baby, straight legs, shiny baby coat, bright eyed and healthy!! Mare has been on Bluebonnet Growth & Development for entire pregnancy. Omega + and Lifeline + were added 60 days prior to foaling and she will remain on the Lifeline until she is back in foal 45-60 days. She will remain on the Omega + until after filly is weaned. She will go back on Lifeline and Omega + the last 60 days of pregnancy again next year. We keep our mares on Bluebonnet Growth & Development continuously, just adjust amount fed to stage of pregnancy/lactation. Early pregnancy, they get 3 lbs a day, last 90 days I bump them up to 4 lbs/day. After foaling, I bump them up again to 6-7lbs per day until foal is weaned around 5 months of age. I wish I had looked this good 2 days postpartum!

Baby will get one tube per day of Gut Reset/ADR Paste for the first five days to get her gut healthy and give her the best start possible!
