When your body is holding old stress or trauma, it can affect your everyday life. You may overthink everything.

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I do this work.

Watching over 100 people open up… release… cry… breathe deeper… feel lighter… reconnect to themselves again… it never stops amazing me.

I just want to say thank you to our incredible healers who showed up with so much heart, presence, intuition, and compassion today. The level of care, energy, and healing that came through for every single person was truly powerful.

You could feel the love in the room.
You could feel the shifts happening.
You could feel people remembering that healing is possible.

Today was not just “another event.”
It was transformation.
It was connection.
It was hope.

I looked at this picture… and it stopped me.

Three generations behind me.
And my daughter in front of me.

And it made me think about something most people never question…

We don’t just inherit DNA.

We inherit patterns-
How we deal with stress.
How we respond in relationships.
How we suppress, overgive, or stay silent.
How we think about money
How our health issues just pop up out of nowhere
How we worry excessively
How we experience trauma

So many of the things you think are “just who you are”…
were learned. Repeated. Passed down.

And unless you consciously break them

they don’t stop with you.

They move forward.

Most people don’t realize this…
“I’m fine” is not a statement.
It’s a pattern.

I remember being a child watching my dad.

He would be terribly sick with the flu…
fever, exhausted, barely able to stand…

And still—
he would walk 30 minutes,
take a train for an hour,
work a full 12-hour day.

And every time we asked him,
“How are you?”

He would say the same thing:
“I’m fine.”

Not once.
Not sometimes.
Every single time.

And as a child… you don’t question it.
You learn it.

You learn that being strong means pushing through.
You learn that your body doesn’t get a voice.
You learn that how you feel doesn’t matter.

And without realizing it…
you grow up doing the exact same thing.

Saying “I’m fine” when you’re overwhelmed.
“I’m fine” when you’re hurt.
“I’m fine” when your body is literally asking you to slow down.

This is how patterns get passed down.
Not through what we’re told…
but through what we watch.

This is generational.

And here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit:
“I’m fine” is often a disconnect from yourself.

Because if you were really fine…
you wouldn’t need to convince anyone.

Healing starts with honesty.

Not the kind you give to the world—
the kind you give to yourself.

So let me ask you…
