Extended Hours: Newborn & Post Partum Support Now Available!

I am excitedted to announce that I am now offering Postpartum Extended Services — blending nurturing, hands-on care with OT insight into infant development.

As a pediatric occupational therapist specializing in babies and a mama myself, I understand how deeply the early postpartum season can affect not just your baby’s development, but your own wellbeing, confidence, and recovery.

This new offering allows me to care for you AND your baby during the beautiful, vulnerable, and often overwhelming 4th trimester.

What You Can Expect:
•Thoughtful emotional support & space to rest
•Help with baby care routines, feeding, and soothing
•Developmental insight through an OT-informed lens
•Empowerment through education and hands-on guidance

Packages Available:
•Peace of Mind Package (2 hours)
•Strong Foundation Package (3 hours)

*60 minute OT services are also availabile

Mother’s Day is around the corner! Aspire is honoring new Mama’s with a special discounted consultation as they welcome their little one.

Our session will focus on gentle manual therapy and myofascial release; supporting your baby through common areas of tension and help set them up for optimal success in early development.

From feeding challenges, colic, delayed milestones or just helping baby feel more at ease—my approach is addressing from a whole body standpoint and specific to your infant’s needs.

I had to share my sweet girl! She turned 6 months this week and we started our feeding journey! If you have worked with me you know I am a huge supporter in a combo of purée, solid feeding and baby led weaning! All serve such an important benefit for their oral motor development and success during meal time!

We are using the trip trap, which is one of my top recommendations for highchairs. She is also using my favorite GOOtentials for self feeding! Not pictured is our straw cup we also introduced! Addison’s first food was mashed avocado and she loved it! 😋✨💜

Sweet girl came in for an initial session for body tension and a head turning side preference. She responded beautifully to Myofascial Release techniques (MFR). ✨💗
