DIY Uplifting Heart Mist (30 ml glass bottle):

- 10 drops Blue Lotus

- 5 drops Citrus Bliss

- 1 tsp witch hazel

- Fill with distilled water

Shake, mist over your heart space, and say:

“I choose joy. I choose love. I choose me.”
