One of the things I love most about one on one somatic coaching is that we get to move beyond general nervous system support and really fine tune what healing and growth looks like for you specifically.
In group spaces, learning nervous system regulation tools can be incredibly supportive. You begin building awareness, safety, and connection with yourself. But in one on one work, we get to go deeper.
We begin looking at questions like:
How do you want to feel in your body when life gets hard?
How do you want to respond to stress, conflict, uncertainty, relationships, rest, success?
How do you want to experience yourself while moving through life?
👉🏼Somatic coaching is about creating meaningful shifts in the way you perceive, interact with, and embody your life.
Together, we look at where you are now versus where you desire to be. Not from a place of judgment or “fixing” yourself, but from a place of clarity, compassion, and direction.
That process helps us shape goals that are actually aligned with your nervous system, your capacity, your lived experiences, and the life you want to create.
Sometimes the goal is not “be less anxious.”
Sometimes the goal is:
“I want to feel safe speaking up.”
“I want to stop abandoning myself in relationships.”
“I want to feel present with my children.”
“I want to move through life without constantly bracing for the next thing.”
That is where the deeper somatic work begins.
Not just regulating the nervous system…
