We use our hands and wrists everyday, and they allow us too do some amazing things! Taking precautions to keep them mobile and strong can help minimize pain and injuries down the road.

This was a good article with valuable information! As always, if something feels painful, do not continue with the stretch or exercise. ALWAYS consult with your doctor if you have concerns!

Whether you’re traveling near or far, staying home and spending time outside, or even working, low back pain can throw a major wrench in your plans. I have linked a video with 4 easy low back stretches. The last one targets that pesky piriformis, a major contributor to sciatic pain!!!

Regularly performing these 4 stretches can help to reduce tension in muscles supporting the spine, improving range of motion and overall mobility, and reduce the risk of disability caused by back pain.
