Flu season + kidney disease: reduce exposure 😷🌬️🧼

When respiratory viruses are circulating, small choices add up:

• Mask in crowded indoor spaces
• Skip close contact with friends/family who are sick
• Wash hands (and sanitize when you’re out)
• Ventilate gatherings (open windows/doors, outdoor when possible)

If you’re high-risk (transplant, immunosuppressed, dialysis, advanced CKD), these steps can make a real difference.

Because of you, we collected 400+ pounds of food and raised $1,110 to support food banks in San Diego, Orange County, and the Imperial Valley. These donations will go directly toward helping families during a season when many are facing real hardship.
