Oh boy, the Holidays. 🕎 🎄 So much to be thankful for, but so off the regular diet plan! That’s why I feel better when I put my nutrition first in the morning. Takes the guilt away when I enjoy time with friends and family. 🥘 🍷 🥂 🍔
This is the green protein meal replacement recipe that I have designed and recommend for:

1-2 cups alternative milk (or water)
1 scoop favorite protein powder
1-2 scoops Paradise Orac Energy Greens (work your way up, use less if you are on blood thinners)
1-5 servings MSM powder (work your way up, provides sulfur the body can use that is absent from most diets)
1 ripe banana (diabetics may need to reduce or eliminate this)
1/2-1.5 cup frozen organic berries or other fruit (diabetics can reduce or eliminate this)
