We are 5 days out of a very big surgery.
Malachi is going in for a de-tethering surgery. This means that they will be going behind his original incision to release the tailbone from muscle and tendon that has created a blockage for the csf to properly flow. He has several pockets of fluid that has collected in his spine that could possibly hindering his range of motion and mobility.
He needs this surgery to be successful. There are several issues we are trying to address with one surgery. Prayers, good thoughts, good vibes, whatever you believe in… we need it. This baby is doing amazing. Eating 3 meals a day and drinking out of a cup with a straw. Trying to roll on his own and get from place to place on his own.
Those of you that have continually prayed for him and our family, we see the prayers.. they are answered. We love you all so so much
