📣 Reminder: Fall 2025 payment due Friday (8/1).

Payment is due Aug. 1 for students who received a July billing notification and owe a balance for the fall 2025 semester. Any balance owed after the Aug. 1 deadline will be assessed a 2.85% late payment fee. Students may view their charges on WVU MyAccount via the WVU Portal.

Fall charges are available on or around July 1 in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal) for students who have registered for fall classes. 📧 All students — including incoming Fall 2025 students — should have received an Okta activation email. It’s legit! ✅ They must follow the instructions to activate their account within 90 days to avoid access issues with WVU systems.

📆 Students admitted after June 1 will activate their accounts only through the email — not at login.wvu.edu.

📢 Student Health Insurance Waiver Deadline: July 25
Students who wish to opt out of the WVU Aetna student health insurance plan must submit a waiver by July 25 at wvu.myahpcare.com.

✅ Enrolled in 6+ credit hours and not opting out? No action needed — coverage will be automatic and billed to your WVU MyAccount.

BIG NEWS!! WVU has partnered with Elior Collegiate Dining — formerly Aladdin Campus Dining — to launch the WVU Hospitality Group, replacing WVU Dining Services. This new collaboration promises upgraded dining services across all campuses with a focus on wellness, innovation, and student feedback. Dining plans remain unchanged for 2025-26, and updates to dining spaces will continue into 2026.
