Dr. Rosen's Spring Egg Hunt!

Each spring Dr. David Rosen sponsors a Spring Egg Hunt at his home for any staff member at WVU Ruby Memorial and their families. This event is open to all doctors, residents, nurses, fellows, PT, OT, etc!

The event is completely free, you just need to register for the event at the link below. There are thousands of eggs, each age group has a different lawn to hunt on, and the eggs are filled with fun toys and trinkets (instead of candy, so totally allergy friendly!)

This is a wonderful family event! The hunt starts PROMPTLY at 11:30am so make sure to give your family some time to park and walk to the house. Parking is along the street at the address provided in the link.

Come CELEBRATE the HOLIDAYS with your WVU Medicine Physician Families!

We will be DECORATING COOKIES with colored icing and candies, making holiday CRAFTS and enjoying a little conversation with SANTA CLAUS himself! Be prepared to make some memories and snap a few photos!

This event is FREE, however, Santa is asking for contributions to be made towards Suncrest United Methodist Church's Respite Care program.

We are looking forward to enjoying the holiday season with you and your families.

Our Welcome Picnic 2022 was a breath of fresh air! How amazing to see so many physicians and their families come together in our amazing WVU Medicine community after a 2 year hiatus! A HUGE thank you to our planning committee for pulling this event together - Anna Marie Fuqua, Kayla Kramer, Kim Pearman, Doug Rouster, Shipra Gupta, Leah Scheidler, the WVU Medicine Recruitment staff, our guest speakers Dr. Nathan Lerfald and Tony Caridi, caterer J&D Bar-B-Q, face painter Paint Me Pretty+ LLC and of course the gracious WVU Mountaineer Mary Roush!
Lastly, THANK YOU to the wonderful Origin Design for capturing this memorable day!

Our Annual Welcome Picnic is THIS WEEKEND at Cooper's Rock State Park! We will be meeting at Pavilions 1 & 2

Don't miss out on an opportunity to fellowship with the WVU Medicine Family! There will also be an appearance by Toni Caridi, voice of the Moutaineers and a speech by Dr. Nathan Lerfald. The Mountaineer will be there for the perfect photo op! There will be face painting for kids, beautiful views at the Cooper's Rock overlook and yummy food by J&D BBQ!

Admission to this event is FREE, however, we are asking that each family bring a donation for the WVU Medicine Children's Child Life Program whose goal is to provide hospitalized children comfort and reassurance while reducing their fear and anxiety during their stay.
