Great news!!!

We are super excited to FINALLY be able to give an update about the traffic signals at the University Town Centre, specifically the intersection of UTC/Walmart & WVU Med Center and UTC/Sesame Drive.
The easement agreements are secured, the designs are almost complete and the bid package will be going out soon.
Unfortunately, our engineers are anticipating the actual light installation won't be until summer, but at this point we are glad to get that information.
Please continue to be patient and cautious in those areas and we will give updates as they become available.

This beautiful 25-foot , harvested from Preston County, graces the rotunda of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Headquarters in Washington, D.C. this holiday season. The fir was donated by Christmas tree grower/breeder Jim Rockis and wife Laura. You can read all about Jim and the tree in the December issue of the Market Bulletin!

Attention DAWSON. We placed a cooler with some of our Naturally Golden Family Farms milk at the Blessing Box by the Dawson Volunteer Fire Department.
There are freezer packs in the cooler. If you are in need, please help yourself, bye please also share with others.
If you know of a family in need during the upcoming holiday season, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Feeding our community”. Provide the name, address,phone (if you have it) and number of people in the household in an email and we will be giving away a box of food that was grown on our farm for a Thanksgiving and Christmas. Box will include: milk,cheese, eggs,beef,pork and chicken. We will be giving our first box out on Monday. Purchase a tshirt for $15 between now and Black Friday and we will donate another $10 towards feeding additional families this season.

If you would like to support our family farm and are able, please visit us at The Red Shed at Maple Bottom Farm in Dawson. On the honor system , we offer self serve farm fresh food. We have milk,cheese,ice cream, beef, chicken, pork and eggs!

Dahlias... they can often be referred to as divas in the flower world. However, if a person can meet their nutrition and watering needs they will reward you for weeks on end. They are also amazing because they come in a vast array of sizes, shapes, and colors.

I was looking back nostalgically at Blanchard Wellness Clinics history with the Grand Opening coming up.

After attending the and event yesterday, it got me thinking about my history of specialized treatment for tongue tie and wow it’s been a minute.

I absolutely love this work and am so proud to be an airway focused practitioner.

I had my own revision in 2015.

At that time it was such an honor to take my years of experience treating complex conditions with gold standard modalities of manual therapy and corrective exercise and apply it to the work of treating not only the tongue, jaw and cranium but also the compensation patterns throughout the entire body.

It was a blast learning from and working with &

Through experiencing my own revision and healing process, I found myself pulling from my training in scar tissue release, Myofascial release and stretch rehab to keep my tongue moving and prevent re-attachment

When I noticed my body tighten and cause pain because it wasn’t used to the sudden changes I leaned into my neuromuscular therapy, corrective exercise and alignment education and clinical experience and got to work retraining my own muscles and addressing the compensation patterns.

OMT was eye opening & my tongue found it’s new home. My migraines & tension lessened. I was hooked and began treating infants to adults pre & post revision.

Thankyou for all the years of collaboration Angie and Dr. Cockley! I miss my little grassroots PA airway network so much, although we still keep in touch in other ways and our collaborations are never over.

I’m excited to be in GA and opening a new chapter.

On my to do list is developing specialized continuing education training for LMT’s and other manual therapists. Also, I’m ready to conduct clinical research. Regression can be treated with scar tissue release!

Man, this airway world has grown and come so far. Can’t wait to see where it is in another decade!
