Easing into 2024 with a casual first meet up! The topic “Ins and Outs” I’ve really been enjoying reading everyone’s ins and outs on instagram since 2024 started and I think it’s an awesome alternative to “goals” I’ll be the first to say I am not the best at setting goals and sticking to them. But I do think it’s very important to keep up to date with what’s in, what’s trending and where we should be directing our attention to benefit our businesses!

Jessica Stidham will be leading a group yoga class for us this month! As long as the weather cooperates, we will be having class outside at Morris Park 🌳, up the steps near the tennis courts! Newbies, beginners, advanced yogi's - all welcome! 🧘🏽‍♀️

2. Jessica has recommended everyone bring a towel or something to lay a yoga mat on, water, and bug spray if you wish. 🦟
