We’re looking for a Business Office Manager who is ready to lead with purpose and make a real difference in the lives of residents and families.

✨ What You’ll Do:
- Oversee financial operations & compliance
- Monitor performance & prepare reports
- Lead and support a dynamic business office team
- Partner with leadership to ensure excellence in resident care

✨ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of billing or supervisory experience in healthcare (SNF, hospital, or related)
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations

Our Care Team brought the energy, our residents brought the laughs, and together… we all took aim at the dunk tank! Today, our fearless department leaders learned one thing for sure: never underestimate a Care Team or a resident with a good throw (or push)! 💦

For the past year, Terry Jones, our incredible Housekeeping Director has been a true light in our community. His laughter echoes through the halls, his smile lifts everyone around him—and his dedication to keeping our space clean and welcoming never goes unnoticed.

Terry takes great pride in his work, sharing that he loves ensuring our residents have clean, comfortable spaces to call home. “It’s my way of giving back,” he says—and it shows in everything he does.
