Taurine isn’t what the energy drink aisle made you think it is. 👀

Somewhere along the way, it got lumped in with 300mg of caffeine, neon cans, and “extreme energy” marketing…

But taurine itself?
It’s actually a naturally occurring amino acid that supports:

• Nervous system balance
• Muscle function
• Electrolyte regulation
