9am - Somatic Heart Awakening Yoga & Breath
~ 60 minute practice including Asana, Pranayama & stillness with great focus on the awakened heart

10:30am - Miracles, Meditation & Tea Weaving
~ A Course In Miracles sacred book, tea sipping ritual & meditative prompts & tools are incorporated into this offering 🍵📿📖
12:30pm-2:30pm - Reiki Share & Healing Circle For Practicioners
~ Fill thy cup. Healers need healing too.
All lineages are welcome ( level 2 or master level please). ⚕️🧘♀️👐
