HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!!
I have recently relocated to Sanford, FL. This move came about at the best time when I needed a desperate change in my life. I want to thank the amazing Brandi Corey for allowing me this opportunity and cannot wait to see where it takes me. I will be working with Heart to Heart Birth Center to provide amazing support to families in the area.

A gigantic thank you to all the Oklahoma families that allowed me to be a part of their sacred journey. To all my families that have asked me to be part of their birth, I will still be attending don't worry, I have planned my trips back around your due dates :-D

Thank you all for your unwavering support through this gigantic and much needed change.

It's so important to remember that regardless of how amazing you are and how "on top of everything" you are, you need to make time to decompress. Whether that means taking a drive to clear your head, a good long cry, or eating a pb&j by yourself in bed, take the time to just be human and let yourself feel.

🤱🏽Your baby should be in your room with you after birth.

This helps promote bonding and also makes it easier to breastfeed on demand.

And, the majority of procedures and exams, including exams by the pediatrician, can be done right in your room. 🤯

Many hospitals have adopted a rooming in policy where babies are automatically placed in the room with mom, but not all hospitals have.

➡️So don't be afraid to advocate for having your baby stay with you in your room if that's what you want. It's your baby after all!

Hello Everyone! I hope you all are doing amazing. I just wanted to reach out and give a little bit of a life update.

As we all know, life has a very special way of throwing us curve balls that can shake things up and line things out whether we want them to or not. In the past few years, I have become a single mom of three, went on a completely life changing trip to Scotland, and found myself with the opportunity to leave a job that was draining my body, mind, and soul for a job the feeds my soul in the way it needs.

I am very proud to announce that I will be a full time doula and birth assistant. Being able to do this work full time has been a long held dream of mine and I cannot wait to see where it leads. I am now currently booking clients for July-August and October- Spring 2024.

I have added multiple services that include overnight postpartum visits, sibling doula classes, pool rental for water births, and so much more! Consultations are still free in the Tulsa area and $25 for consultations 1-hour outside of Tulsa.

I am looking forward to growing in this next chapter and, as always, I look forward to serving you and your families.
