Confidence plays a big role in how we show up — not just at work, but in life. It’s a huge part of executive presence and your overall well-being.

In my coaching sessions, confidence is one of the topics that comes up the most. When we feel grounded and sure of ourselves, everything from communication to decision-making to self-care feels easier.

I’ve been reflecting on this lately and wanted to share a few thoughts.
