About the program:
✨Monthly 45-minute individual coaching call geared towards setting intentions around nutrition and cooking.
✨Monthly live 60-minute virtual cooking class with the group of other parents and kids where we will connect purposefully and create a healthy meal together.
✨Recipes ahead of time and a shopping list to prepare for the live class.
✨Instruction on preparing the meals and information about the foods used in the recipes, along with ideas or substitutions and modifications depending on personal preferences.
