2025 Tristar Christmas Party

Our Tristar Christmas Party was everything we hoped for and more. All 8 clinics came together for an evening of Singo, Bingo, and trivia, an incredible dinner from Mama Lana’s, and our tradition of Great American Cookie Cake. As we wrap up another Thanksgiving, we just want to take a moment to say how grateful we are.

We’re thankful for our dedicated and value centered staff, for the patients who trust us with their care, and for every story of healing we get to be a part of.

We’re grateful for the families who support their loved ones through the therapy process, and for the providers in our communities who continue to trust us to care for their patients.

Meet the owner.

Dr. Jordan Black, PT, DPT is Owner of Tristar Physical Therapy. Jordan is a native of Morristown, TN earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2013. He later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. Along with his educational experiences, Jordan has many clinic experiences including:


  • Student Athletic Trainer for the University of Tennessee football team from 2011-2013

  • Completion of manual therapy certification courses through the University of St. Augustine

  • Rehabilitating professional athletes from the NFL, NBA and MMA
