Finding Strength in the Midst of Loss đżđ
Ever feel like youâre running on empty, with nothing left to give? đ
After my husband passed away, every day felt like a struggle just to function.
Everything seemed to require more energy than I had, and I felt like I was barely holding onâŠ
One day, I realized something crucial: I was neglecting myself. đ
My nutrition, my sleep, my mental healthâeverything was on the backburner. đœïžđ§
And you know, as a coach, I should have known better, right? đ
But grief has a way of clouding everything, even when you know what you need to do.
It hit me that to build resilience and find strength within, I needed to take action, no matter how small.
đ± I started with one thing: drinking water consistently. đ„€
Then, I added more greens back into my dietâthose vibrant, life-giving foods I had ignored for too long. đ„Ź
Slowly, I felt my inner strength returning. đȘ
This is what âHarvesting Inner Strengthâ is all aboutâplanting the seeds of self-care so that resilience and courage can grow, even when weâre in the fog of loss. đżâš
