💫 What if your future self could write to you today?

What would she say?

Life moves fast, and sometimes we forget just how much we grow, heal, and change along the way.

One simple but powerful practice is to write a letter to yourself—three years from now.

📜 Imagine yourself three years into the future. You’ve been through things. You’ve learned. You’ve grown. What would future you want to remind you of today?

Maybe she’d tell you:

✨ You are stronger than you realize.

✨ The hard moments won’t last forever.

✨ Keep going—beautiful things are ahead.

🖊 Try it. Write a letter to yourself and put it somewhere safe. In three years, open it and see how far you’ve come.

Ever feel like you’re stuck in an emotional rut? 🌀

Emotions can feel like a never-ending cycle—especially after experiencing deep loss.
It’s easy to think, ‘I’ll never get out of this.’ But even the smallest shifts in routine or mindset can create waves of change.

The next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, move your body in some way, whether it’s a walk, stretching, or dancing to your favorite song. 💃
This movement can help release pent-up emotions and create space for new energy to flow.

Finding Comfort in Companionship 🐾❤️

After I lost my husband, it felt like my world had turned upside down.

Grief settled in like a thick fog, making it hard to see a way forward.

But three weeks after his passing, something unexpected happened—I met Malina, a beautiful Malinois shepherd mix.

Adopting her wasn’t just about having a companion.

It was about finding a source of comfort, a reason to get out of bed, and a reminder that love and joy can still exist even in the darkest moments.

Malina quickly became my shadow, my beach-walking partner, and my little source of light in what felt like endless darkness.

Pets have a way of helping us navigate grief in ways we can’t fully explain.

Their unconditional love, their need for care, and their playful spirits offer solace during times when we feel isolated and lost.

In moments when I felt overwhelmed by my emotions, Malina would gently nudge me, as if reminding me that I’m not alone.

Finding Strength in the Midst of Loss 🌿💖

Ever feel like you’re running on empty, with nothing left to give? 😔

After my husband passed away, every day felt like a struggle just to function.

Everything seemed to require more energy than I had, and I felt like I was barely holding on…

One day, I realized something crucial: I was neglecting myself. 😓

My nutrition, my sleep, my mental health—everything was on the backburner. 🍽️💧

And you know, as a coach, I should have known better, right? 😅

But grief has a way of clouding everything, even when you know what you need to do.

It hit me that to build resilience and find strength within, I needed to take action, no matter how small.

🌱 I started with one thing: drinking water consistently. 🥤

Then, I added more greens back into my diet—those vibrant, life-giving foods I had ignored for too long. 🥬

Slowly, I felt my inner strength returning. 💪

This is what ‘Harvesting Inner Strength’ is all about—planting the seeds of self-care so that resilience and courage can grow, even when we’re in the fog of loss. 🌿✨

It’s a journey I’m still on, and I want to support others on theirs, too. 💖
