Welcome to Nana’s Longarm Quilting. My goal is to provide professional quilting that compliments the design of your beautifully pieced quilt top. I love quilting and the process of planning each design. Each quilt has its own personality and uniqueness that I strive to enhance. Lead Time as of January 1, 2026, is approximately 2 to 3 weeks for edge to edge and 2 to 3 months for custom quilting. This time frame is flexible and depends on how many quilts I have in queue. Quilts are quilted in the order they are dropped off. At Nana’s Longarm Quilting I run two Innova Longarm machines equipped with hundreds of edge-to-edge quilting patterns and the ability to download additional patterns to perfectly fit you quilting needs. Customized quilting is also available. I ask that you bring your quilt as a separate top and back. Your backing must be larger than your top. I prefer that it be at least 6 inches larger than your quilt top, meaning if your top is 60” x 70” your backing should be at least 66” x 76”. I request that the edges of your back are straight to help with the loading process. I have a several choices of 108” fabric if you need backing for your quilt. Please press or starch your quilt and backing so that there aren’t (m)any wrinkles and the seams lay flat. I carry Batting on the rolls that can be purchased by the yard. Quilting is priced by the square inch and includes thread. Edge to Edge are computerized patterns that start at the top of the quilt and are the same over the entire quilt. All edge-to-edge quilting is $.016 per square inch. Custom quilting can be free motion, ruler and/or computerized patterns and are $0.04 per square inch. width x length = total square inch
Example: A quilt that is 62” x 72” has 4,464 square inches. Edge to edge $.016 x 4,464 inches = $71.42 quilting and thread only. Custom quilting starts at $.04 x 4,464 inches = $178.56 quilting and thread only. Other optional services:
Backing assembly is $10 for a simple assembly. Binding is $.12 per linear inch, plus cost of fabric if not provided. Binding is machine applied. I am more than happy to teach you how to bind on a machine if you wish to apply the binding yourself. T-Shirt quilts starting at $18 per block. This price includes materials, cutting shirts, applying interfacing, piecing top, quilting and binding. I supply everything but the shirts. Price may increase if a specialty backing fabric is desired. Depending on the size of the shirts,16 shirts will make approximately a 60’x60’ throw. If you have a deadline, please notify me and we can discuss this further via phone. E2E quilting needed for Christmas must be received by 10/15 to allow plenty of lead time for your special gift. Quilts dropped off after 10/15 are not guaranteed to be completed by Christmas. Please call after 5:30 pm weekdays or anytime on weekends. You can also contact me by text or Facebook Messenger. These prices are good through 12/31/26. I look forward to working with you.

Quilt #752

I pieced this quilt for Ashley Butler using her son’s shirts. This is the first T-shirt quilt I tried without interfacing. It was a lot softer without the interfacing but slower piecing it.

You trusted me with 164 quilts in 2025!
It's been a busy year building the shop, moving the machine, setting up a second machine, planning inventory, quilting, piecing quilts, working full time.

Thank you! I could not have done it without family and friends supporting me.

New Fabric Line expected arrival in March!

I wanted to switch things up a bit. I’ve been sticking to discounted fabrics from older lines to keep prices low for my customers, but I’ve been wanting something fresh in the shop. The problem is, the higher cost of new collections has made me hesitant to take the risk.

I've ordered a new fabric line from Marcus Fabrics that ships in March 2026 called Love Letters. 20 different prints that are 100% cotton designed by Dawn Heese. Dawn's design inspiration began at a flea market in France, “...where I discovered a small bundle of letters written by soldiers during the war. I knew I had to bring their stories to life through fabric. Digging into my collection of antique French textiles, I found a paisley print with heart-shaped motifs that seemed destined for this project. From there, the idea of Love Letters was born.”

Yardage, Fat Quarters, 10 x 10 Layer Cake, and 2.5" Jelly Rolls along with corresponding 108" backing will be available.
